Robert Alan Romp

Bob was born in Lakewood, Ohio to Dan L. Romp and Jane Wyman Romp on March 6, 1939. He attended North Olmsted High School and Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He was married to Loretta Cutler on August 20, 1960 in North Olmsted, after having met in kindergarten, and attending the same high school and college.

They began a fledgling business together in North Olmsted, Danny Boy Farm Market, in 1961, which eventually became a landmark there. In 1985 their son Terry took the reins, when Bob and Loretta moved to their farm, in Medina County Ohio.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Loretta, and their children, son Terry Romp (Tracie Pierson) and daughter, Shelley Geidner (Brian), their five grandchildren, Cody (Lindsay), and Jake Geidner, Aubrey and Mason Romp, Erin Romp (Dave), 2 great grandchildren, Vahla and Lando Braun.
