Carol Allen, 61, of Booneville, passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at the Methodist University Hospital in Memphis. She was a member of the Zion Rest Church of Christ. Her greatest joy was becoming a Mother to her precious daughter Baylee Elizabeth and her second blessing and greatest joy in life was being CiCi to her beloved grandchildren and spending precious time with each of them. She was an avid Ole Miss fan and one of her favorite pastimes was watching Ole Miss football. Carol also loved spending every Friday night having dinner at her favorite Mexican restaurant with her lifelong friends Cotton and Lynnette Thornton.
A Celebration of Life will be on Sunday, February, 8, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. at McMillan Funeral Home with Minister Ronnie Livingston, Minister Tony Brown and Bro. Luke Chittom officiating. Burial will be in Zion Rest Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday, February 7, 2026 from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. and until service time on Sunday at the funeral home.
She is survived by her daughters, Baylee Fitzsimmons (Dylan) and Candace Long (Brandon); her grandchildren, Alle Beth Fitzsimmons, Daygan Long, Avie Lynn Long and Eason Long; her mother, Lou Della Thomas; her brother, Mark Thomas (Special friend-Carla Estes); her nephews, Seth Thomas (Karen) and Aaron Thomas; her great-nieces, Ella Thomas and Kenzie Thomas; Special friends, Cotton and Lynnette Thornton and Ann and Ron Smith; and a host of other family members and friends who deeply cared for her.
She is preceded by her father, Clarence Thomas and her sister-in-law, Becky Thomas.
Pallbearers will be Seth Thomas, Aaron Thomas, Bret Cashion, Jeff Fleming, Cotton Thornton, Drew Fitzsimmons, Kris Fitzsimmons, and TJ Nix.
Honorary pallbearers will be Brandon Long, Daygan Long and Eason Long.
