Cecil Melvin Vick

Cecil M. Vick, 84, passed away Sunday, January 22, 2017, at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth. He was born December 18, 1932, to Orlando and Bethel Key Vick He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and Air Force. He was a member of the VFW. He enjoyed collecting clocks.

A Celebration of Life will be 1:00 P.M. Wednesday at McMillan Funeral Home. With Bro. Jerry Wallace officiating. Burial will be in Booneville Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Geraldene “Gerry” Phillips Vick; one son, Raymond E. Vick; two step daughters, Donna (Gary) Huddleston and Tommie Kay (Eddie) Murphy; Foster son, Adlai Brinkley; special friend, Pam Brinkley; three half-sisters, Carolyn, Charlotte and Mary Lou Vick; four half-brothers, William Earl, Ricky, Nicky and Bobby Vick; two grandchildren, Shane and Angela Turnage; four step-grandchildren, Chris Murphy, Lori Johnson, Laci McClung and Jason Crowe; and seven step-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Mitzi Partlow; one step-son, Bob Crowe; his parents; one brother, Raymond Earl Vick; two half-brothers, Duane Vick and Ronnie Joe Vick; and one granddaughter, Carleigh Vick.

Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
