Ricky Perry

Ricky Hill Perry, 55, died Tuesday, July 5 , 2011, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. He was born March 24, 1956, to James Franklin and Bertha Mae Palmer Perry. He was of the Baptist faith.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, July 7, 2011, at the McMillan Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Cecil Woodruff and Elder Steve Leggett officiating. Burial will be in Sardis Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Jamie Donahue Perry; two sisters, Sarah (Tommy) Allen of Corinth and Lorrain (Grover) Childs of Picayune, MS; three brothers, James “Pete” (Linda) Perry of Rienzi, George (Stella) Rinehart of Rienzi and David Perry of Ellisville; his mother-in-law, Vera Donahue; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Rubel Rinehart; his father-in-law, E.J. Donahue; and one nephew, Danny Childs.

Pallbearers are Charlie Huddleson, Ronnie Donahue, Justin Perry, Phil Rinehart, Mike Palmer, Charlie Rinehart, Jeff Allen and Wayne Childs.

Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
