Chi was born in Toishan, China in 1951. Beloved husband of Mei Ching Kong-Mui, Devoted father of Ri Wei Jiang and wife Yutao Wu, Ran Wei Jiang.
Chi left China alone to work as a chef in many restaurants in Chinatown to support his family in China for years. He was recently reunited with his family. Chi was a very good natured man always kind and helpful to many people he met.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 16, at JS Waterman-Boston Harborside Home at 12 PM. Family will receive relatives and friends at 9 AM prior the service followed by a procession to St. Michael Cemetery in Boston.
