Lam, Lora Wan Forman and her husband Clarence A. Forman, Jr. Esq., Gordon Wan and his wife Jenny Wan, Philip Wan and his wife Eren Wan. Loving grandfather of Christopher Wan, Sebastian Wan, Chynna Wan, Jamie Lam and her husband Allen On, Tiffany Lam, Clarence A. Forman, V, Jacqueline E. Forman, Megan Wan, Madison Wan, Melanie Wan, Amanda Wan, Joshua Wan and Jessica Wan. Cherish great grandfather of Olivia Audrey On.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to join the family for visiting hours on Tuesday, May 5 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Boston Harborside Home of JS Waterman & Sons-Waring-Langone, 580 Commercial Street, Boston. Parking on Commercial Street with attendants on duty. There will be a prayer service on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. and shuttles between Boston Chinese Evangelical Church and the funeral home starts at 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Funeral private.
