John J. "Johnny" Rosato, 89, of Boston’s North End died on Tuesday, April 23, 2013. Loving husband of Gloria (Baldassarre), cherished son of the late Joseph & Carmina (Addesio) Rosato, he leaves his beloved daughters Barbara Marino & her husband Gus of Boynton Beach, FL, Angela Sgarano & her husband Frank of Holliston, MA, and sons John Rosato Jr. & Mary London of Saugus, MA, and Joseph Rosato & his wife Joanne of Boston’s North End, as well as eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. John was predeceased by his brothers Anthony & Ernest Rosato.
Funeral from the Boston Harborside Home, 580 Commercial St., Boston, MA 02109 on Saturday, April 27 for a 10:45AM Mass at St. Leonard Church, Boston. Burial at Oak Grove Cemetery in Medford to follow. Family will be accepting visitors at Boston Harborside Home from 8:30-10:30AM prior to Mass.
