A beloved father and grandfather he was predeceased by his wife Betty L. Ross, three children Christine Mackin, Linda Beloin, James Ross and his granddaughter Amanda Beloin.
He is survived by his children Edward Ross and wife Christine Ross of Sandwich, Betty Maxwell and husband Robert Maxwell of Mashpee, Debra Handrahan of Mashpee, Cindy MacDonald and husband John MacDonald of Sandwich and John Ross of Sandwich. He is also survived by a multitude of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Al was a veteran serving in WWII and the Korean War and a true patriot to his country. He was also a family man who enjoyed spending time with his family and brought forth a wonderful sense of humor. He had a passion for cooking, and was an avid fan of all New England sports. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
