ONEIL, John J, better known as “Jack” Age 95 passed away quietly at his home in Bourne surrounded by his family. Jack was a graduate of Cambridge High & Latin “44”, then Boston College in “50”. He was a Navy veteran of WW II and the Korean Conflict. Jack was “blessed with a great wife Barbara, and six fine children, 20 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren”. He was a career educator, an avid gardener and most of all a family man.
Funeral will be private with a burial in Oak Grove Cemetery in Bourne. An Intention Mass is scheduled for March 27th 10:30 am at St John’s the Evangelist in Bourne. Donations in his memory can be made to St Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
