Born in Boston, MA a daughter of the late Robert and Eileen (King) Newell.
She had worked as a waitress for many years.
She is survived by her two sons, Daniel E. Thompson and his wife Elizabeth of Bourne, MA and Christopher Thompson of Bourne. She is also survived by a brother Robert Newell of Pocasset and a brother-in-law Richard McCann of Falmouth, MA. She was predeceased by her sister Nancy McCann.
A funeral Service will take place on Monday, April 10, 2023 at 1pm at the Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home, 40 MacArthur Blvd., Bourne, MA.
