Kevin was born on May 5, 1951 to Harry and Wanda Groth in Detroit, MI. After Kevin graduated from Catholic Central High School in 1969 he went onto study at Western Michigan University.
After graduating with a degree in history he began his career which led him down many different paths until he settled on a career at Ocean Spray.
Kevin met Mary Lee in 1975 at a party at Eastern Michigan University. Kevin and Mary Lee were married in 1977 and went on to have one daughter, Jillian.
In 2017 Kevin finally retired and began bird watching, spending time with his grandsons, and visiting his brother Harry in Florida.
Kevin was predeceased by his parents, Harry and Wanda, his Mother and Father-in law Levon and Mary Grimm, two brothers-in-law Tom and John Grimm, as well as his dear cousins Tommy Groth, Carol Ann Jaska, and Bob Sikora. He is survived by his wife Mary Lee, his daughter Jillian, his brother Harry, his son in law Ryan his grandsons Rece and Grant and his grandpuppy Lucy.
A celebration of life will take place later in the spring.
