Scott A. Chalker

Born in Waterloo, NY, the son of the late Richard E. and Nancy J. Chalker, Scott grew up in Falmouth, MA and received his bachelor’s degree in Health Service at the University of Florida.

He was a veteran of the United States Navy and he worked in the transportation industry for many years. Scott enjoyed life and traveled extensively throughout his younger years. Scott was an avid NASCAR fan, loved muscle cars, and enjoyed fishing in his spare time.

He is survived by his brother Mark R. Chalker and sister-in-law Theresa, of Monument Beach; his sister Lori Govoni of Hyannis; 3 nephews, David, Robert and Bobby Chalker. Scott was the brother of the late David E. Chalker, and the uncle of the late Adam R. Chalker.

Services will be held at the Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home, 40 MacArthur Blvd. in Bourne, MA on September 20, 2018, between the hours of 5-7pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Huntington’s Disease Society of America, 505 Eighth Ave. Suite 902 New York, NY 10018.
