Barbara Jean Pillman

On November 16, 2015 . Beloved wife of the late Deacon Ted Pillman. She is survived by children Monica Ivy, Anne Holte, Barbara Stevenson (Joseph) and Eric Pillman (Chantal), grandchildren Jason Ivy, Nathan Zitsch, Christopher Holte, Rebecca Holte, Tyler Stevenson, Sean Stevenson , Jamie Raynor and great grandson Michael Raynor. She is also survived by sister JoAnn Frost. She was predeceased by daughters Lucie Raynor, Laura Pillman and brother Richard Stolinski.

She loved her family and her children were always her first priority. She performed with the Bowie Sounds of Music for 30+ years bringing comfort to the elderly in various nursing homes around the area. She was also an active member in both the St. Pius X Catholic church choir and the choir at Ascension Catholic Church.

Family will receive friends Monday, November 23, 2015 4-8pm at Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, 16000 Annapolis Rd. Bowie, MD 20715. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, November 24, 2015, 11am at Ascension Catholic Church, Bowie, MD. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Flowers are welcome .
