He attended Bowie Elementary school, Bowie High School, the University of Maryland and was a graduate of the University of Houston, Texas.
Relatives and friends may call at the Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, 16000 Annapolis Rd. Bowie, MD on Saturday July 13, 2013 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.
A memorial service will also be held in Houston Texas on Saturday starting at 12:00 p.m. at the Oak Forest Chill, 3542 Oak Forest Dr. Houston, Texas 77018.
