To the family: May God’s love surround you at this time. Her infectious smile and zest for life is unforgettable. I ran into her several time in the Bowie Giant, enjoyed our chats. Her suffering over, her journey is complete. “Well done good and faithful servant, enjoy the joy of the Lord forever”

I am so thankful for the time we were able to meet and share with Pat and Ms. Doris in our home for Bible study. It was refreshing to talk with her. When we would talk, she was always smiling in the conversations, even through her struggles to share. I will miss her gentle ways. May Ms. Doris now rest healed and free in God's presence.
Prayers for the family for God's peace, strength and comfort.

As a member of Forcey Bible Church of Silver Spring, I was blessed to have known Doris, a sister in Christ and a strong woman of faith. Doris was one of the ushers for our First service and her smile and overall gentle spirit made everyone feel welcomed at Forcey. Hospitality and courtesy were the garments she wore faithfully in discharging the responsibilities as a member of the ushering team. She was dearly loved and will be surely missed.

I knew Mrs. Pugh best through her daughter, Marie Nichole...her presence & smile was ALWAYS present when I had the honor of being around her. Such a warm & gentle spirit...the very BEST of her is embedded in her children & grandchildren. May her body rest in peace & her spirit continue to thrive in those who carry on her legacy.
