Elaine Martin Koepper

Elaine is survived by son Frederick Koepper, III (Beverly) of Gambrills, Maryland; daughter Linda Firebaugh (Barry) of Sykesville, Maryland; son Barry Koepper (Debbie) of La Plata, Maryland; and son Alan Koepper of Shady Side, Maryland; sister Mary Belle Weeks, and a brother Jon Weeks.

Elaine was preceded in death by her husband Frederick Koepper, Jr.; her parents Dorthea and Daniel Martin and a brother Edward Martin.

Elaine is also survived by six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and one great-greatgrandchild.

A visitation for Elaine will be held Thursday, July 23, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, 16000 Annapolis Road, Bowie, MD 20715. A graveside service and burial will take place Friday, July 24, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Fort Lincoln Cemetery, 3401 Bladensburg Road, Brentwood, Maryland 20722.
