Kevin was my nephew.  I wish I had known him better.  He was always so private and reserved.  I have learned more about him in the last week and it makes me feel good to know he had so, so many people in his short life.  I am especially grateful to know he had close friends like Francis, Chuck and Ana.   
Kevin was my sister's baby and her only child for the past 3 1/2 years.  I am so proud of the man he was.  A devoted and loving son. Cherished uncle of Arianna, Ella, and Skylor.
We will deeply miss his sweet smile and calm nature.  May he rest in peace next to Karen and Becky.  You are all in my heart forever. Love, Aunt Susan

I appreciate you being my Adult gymnastics coach and beliving I could do a bavk flip. I appreciate your patience and encouragement.  I appreciate seeing you work with Coach Bob and the boy gymnasts Gaskill,Brandon,Tony,Khoi,  Chris, and Amari (anyone else charge to my head and not my heart). I am just seeing this about Kevin. I am so sad to hear about his loss. I met Kevin when I was in High School.  We had many deep conversations and we always had a good laugh when we hung out. He will truly be missed. Gone too soon but never forgotten.

Kevin, you will be missed. I can't thank you enough for your encouragement, knowledge, and skill set with gymnastics. You made my inner child feel like she can actually make it in gymnastics lol. I didn't know what to expect from an adult gymnastics class, when I joined some years ago, I just knew it was a dream come true and I couldn't have asked for a better coach. You took my self-taught backyard cartwheels and roundoffs and developed them into skills worthy of a competition floor. You never gave up on me, even though I wanted to give up, when I was learning how to do a back handspring. I went from only knowing cartwheels and roundoffs to now knowing front and back handspring, and side aerials, with a sprinkle of other skills. I hate that I missed this last session not knowing the last time I saw you was the last time I'll  see you. 

To the Ford's. Thank you for raising a kind, gentle and patient man. He will be missed. Sending strength and healing to you all as you navigate this difficult time.

I knew Kevin for years, we played lots of poker together and watched Justy play. We lived together in multiple places,  he was a solid roommate and easy to get along with, overall such a nice guy.  He was Always willing to help out with a ride or anything you needed.  We grew apart after we stopped living together, but I’ll always remember you Kevin! RIP ole friend! 😢

Coach Kevin will be sorely missed. He was a great gymnastics instructor for my adult class. I will miss his encouragement, his patience, and his conditioning exercises (even though I hated doing some of them, they were exactly what I needed).

You will truly be missed. Your gentle spirit, kindness, and unwavering dedication meant more than words can express. You didn’t just look for the next great gymnasts,  you took the time to develop them, to pour into them, and to believe in them, both  a rare and special gift.

Thank you for building my son’s confidence and reminding him of just how great he can be when he gives his very best. The impact you’ve made will stay with him far beyond the gym and your legacy will absolutely continue to live on.

Kevin is deeply missed by all of his nieces and nephews. Hannah, Joshua, and Spencer cherished every moment they spent with their uncle. Hannah especially treasured the leotards Kevin thoughtfully picked out just for her—each one perfectly matched to her gymnastics gym and favorite colors. Kevin’s love, generosity, and attention to the little details left a lasting imprint on their hearts. His influence in their lives will never be forgotten.

Coach Kevin,

Thank you for the time, patience, and dedication you gave to developing not only the boys’ gymnastics skills, but also their confidence, discipline, and love for the sport. Your commitment went far beyond the gym — you poured into each athlete in a way that helped shape their character both on and off the mat.

The impact you made will live on in every routine performed, every goal achieved, and every lesson carried forward. You were more than a coach; you were a mentor, a motivator, and a role model.

You will be truly missed and never forgotten. Your legacy will continue through every young athlete you inspired.

Upon hearing this sad news, my heart is filled with grief. Although I haven't been in touch for many years; I'll never forget many days, nights and experiences we were both a part of. May he find peace and happiness reuniting with loved ones previously lost.

We were so sorry to hear of Kevin’s passing and our prayers and condolences are with the entire family!  We’re thankful for his many talents and serving as a coach - he will be missed.

Kevin was our godchild.  I’m so very proud of the person that he grew up to be.  You would not find a kinder person or one with a bigger heart anywhere.  When it came to his character,  you would not hear an unkind comment come out of his mouth.  When we were in Florida and would go to Maryland for a short visit,  we would reach out to Kevin and Becky, and no matter what, they would set aside the time to get together with us for a quick lunch or dinner.  I’ll never forget that.  
Baker and Mimi did a wonderful job raising children with beautiful hearts.  
From this I realize, never pass up the opportunity to be with those you love,  family and close friends are everything.   Those relationships are the most important things in life.  
It’s not right to have to say goodbye to someone with so much life left as well as so much to offer this world.    To family, you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Coach Kevin supported our son with such kindness. He never stopped believing in him and pushing him to be his best. We are so thankful for him and will miss him dearly. Our deepest and most sincere condolences to his family.

Kevin was my first adult gymnastics instructor. He was an extremely kind man who possessed the unique and uncanny ability to inspire countless groups of adults (spanning so many age ranges) to have enough confidence in themselves to really do gymnastics and do it well, while also having fun. Kevin was great with kids, too, but I was always impressed by his ability to connect with adults and help us have fun while not taking ourselves too seriously.

Kevin was kind and respectful and appreciated people for who they were. He will be sorely missed but never forgotten. May his soul rest peacefully and may peace find his family, friends, and loved ones in due time.
