Robert was married to his wife Connie for 56 years. For the last 20 years of her life he cared for her as she battled Parkinson's disease. He had 2 sons - Marc and Steve; 5 grandchildren - Chris, Parker, Dylan, Harper, and Piper; and 2 great grandchildren - Lily and Connie (twins).
A visitation for Robert will be held Friday, September 22, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, 16000 Annapolis Road, Bowie, MD 20715.
His funeral service will occur Friday, September 22, 2023 from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM, 16000 Annapolis Road, Bowie, MD 20715.
The graveside service will occur Saturday, September 23, 2023 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Olivet Cemetery, 323 Winchester Avenue, Moorefield, WV 26836.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the "Dementia Society of America" or the "Parkinson's Foundation Mid-Atlantic" .
