Amy G. Boyer Eline

Born on January 30, 1916 in Greshville, PA she was the daughter of the late Charles M. and Margaret O. (Hartline) Boyer.

She was a member of St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Boyertown. Amy was a retail clerk/cashier for the former Acme, Boyertown retiring in 1978.

She is survived by a daughter, Kathleen, wife of Thomas Stimmel, of Jacksonville, FL; a granddaughter, Laurie Stimmel; a great-grandson, Trent Southern both of Florida; a sister Erma Long of Harleysville. Amy was predeceased by two brothers, Morris and Charles “Lester” Boyer and a sister, Pearl Reinert.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Thursday, January 27, 2011 at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 45 North Reading Avenue, Boyertown. The Reverend John G. Pearson will officiate.

Relatives and friends will be received between 10 – 11 a.m. Thursday at the church.

Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Boyertown.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church Memorial Fund, 45 North Reading Avenue, Boyertown, PA 19512.
