Darrell J. Goslin

Born in West Chester, PA he was the son of Mabel (Rettew) Goslin of West Chester and Donald N. Goslin of Malvern.

Darrell was a 1990 graduate of Downingtown High School and a 1995 graduate of West Chester University with a Bachelors Degree in Music Education.

He was a member of New Hanover United Methodist Church, Gilbertsville. Darrell was a judge for the WGI – Indoor Percussion Circuit, Senior Drum & Bugle Core and MAPS-Percussion Circuit. He was a member of Reading buccaneers Senior Core and Crossmen Junior Drum Core. Darrell was an avid Phillies Fan and a golfer.

Surviving with his wife of thirteen years (married July 12, 1997) and parents, are two children, Jackson and Reid Goslin both at home: two sisters, Debbi Collard of West Chester and Molly Goslin of Malvern; many aunts and uncles.

Funeral services will be 8 p.m., Thursday, January 20, 2011 at New Hanover United Methodist Church, 2211 Swamp Pike, Gilbertsville, PA. Pastor David Lewis will officiate. A viewing will be Thursday between 4 – 7:45 p.m. at the church.

Burial will be private at Limerick Garden of Memories, Limerick.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made “Memorial Fund for the Children of Darrell Goslin”, c/o of Diamond Credit Union, 1600 Medical Drive, Pottstown, PA 19464.

Arrangements are being handled by the Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home, Inc., 111 North Reading Avenue, Boyertown.
