Doris M. Moyer, wife of the late W. Vernon Moyer, of Zieglerville, PA passed away on Sunday, November 21, 2021, at Frederick Living. Born on January 27, 1933, in Spring City, PA, she was the daughter of the late Laura (Neiman) and J. Russell Eckenrode.
After finishing high school, Doris attended the Norristown Beauty Academy. She worked as a beautician before working at Moyers Service Station. Doris was a member of Peace in Zion UCC in Zieglersville, PA.
Doris leaves behind her two sons, Scott A. husband of Beverly Moyer of Hinsdale, MA. And Terry L. husband of Debra Moyer of Fleetwood, PA. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
Memorial Services will be held at Peace in Zion UC in Zieglerville. PA on December 3, 2021, at 11 am. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 10 am to 11 am. Inurnment will be in Keelor’s Union Cemetery in Obelisk, PA.
