Jerome worked in a Men's Clothing Store as a Manager for may years until his retirement. He also served in the US Army during the Korean War.
He is survived by his son Chad Smith of Boyertown. Grandchildren, Zackariah C. Smith, Jacob Z. Smith, Savannah L. Smith and Twins, Sydney C. and Sophia L. Smith all at home. Brother, Norman Smith of Oakland, CA and his sons Leo and Judd Smith.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
