Born in Battle Creek, MI. He was a son of the late Mabel V. (Silvius)and Joseph A. Hirschman.
John worked in cabinetry for over 30 years.
He is survived by his step-children, Dennis L. Spaar and Gregory A. Spaar of Lower Alsace Twp. and Stephanie M. wife of Gary English of Boyertown. A step-grandson, Ashton J. Spaar of Shillington. Along with his niece Teresa and her husband Barry, and his beloved cat Charlie.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
