Katie Mildred Liss

Born in Boyertown she was the last surviving child of Vertie E. (Yoder) and Charles E. Yoder.

She was a member of New Hanover Lutheran Church and sang in the church choir.

Katie ran the commission stand at Pruss Hill Dam, Sanatoga. She also worked in the cafeteria of the Pottsgrove High school. Also she was a longtime member of the Red Rose Pony Club.

She is survived by her children, Joanne M. wife of Esbon Paskel of Bechtelsville. Charles E. husband of Gail J. Liss of Upper Pottsgrove Twp. and Elizabeth L. widow of Bud Gravuer of Cocoa, FL. Grandson, David C. Liss of Upper Pottsgrove Twp. Great Grandchildren, Jonathan A. Liss of Upper Pottsgrove Twp. Madison J. and Makayla R. Liss both of Gilbertsville. Katie is predeceased by her grandson, Jeffrey A. Liss who passed away in 2002.

Funeral Services will be held at the Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home, Inc. 111 North Reading Ave. Boyertown, PA. 19512. on Monday October 22, 2018 at 11:00 AM.

Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.

Interment will be in Hill Church Cemetery.
