Marilyn Joan Hartline

Marilyn J. Hartline, 83, wife of Jacob W. Hartline of Boyertown. passed away in her residence on Saturday, September 13, 2014. Jake and Marilyn celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary on Wednesday, September 10th.

Born in Reading, PA. She was a daughter of the late May V. (Strause) and Frank L. Albright.

She was a lifetime homemaker, but above all loved her family and all of her beloved dogs that have passed over the years.

She was past president of the Boyertown Junior Women’s Club and exhibited an avid interest in reading, home decorating, flower gardening, collecting antiques, dining out and arts and crafts.

She is survived by her husband, children, Michael A. husband of Joanne G. Hartline of Gilbertsville, Cindy R. widow of Harold “Harv” Hartman of Boyertown, Bradley J. husband of Stephanie K. Hartline of Cumru Twp. and Eric T. husband of Mary Pat Hartline of Havertown. Marilyn is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

The viewing will be private. Please join the family for a Celebration of Marilyn’s Life on Sunday, October 12, 2014 at Beck’s Sea Cove Inn (formerly the Washington Inn) at 1 p.m..
