Robert P Turner

Born in Pottstown he was the son of the late Robert Turner, Sr. and Joyce (Happel) Brunk of Royersford.

He was a 1979 graduate of Pottstown High School. He was a HVAC-AC Technician, he last worked for Charles River Labs in Malvern, PA. Prior to that he had worked at Siemens Medical Solutions, Malvern and Phoenixville Hospital and Pottstown Memorial Medical Center. Robert was a member of West End Fire Company, Phoenixville, and played in their Pool League and enjoyed his Harley Davidson.

Surviving with his wife of nine years (Married September 15, 2000) and his mother Joyce; a step daughter, Chelcie Corey at home; two daughters, Melissa Turner of Ephrata and Amy Turner of Shillington; two sisters, Nancy Kocher of Royersford and Kathy Turner of Pottstown. He was predeceased by a sister Sara L. Shepos.

Memorial services will be 11 a.m., Saturday, August 14, 2010 at the Morning Star Fellowship Church, 100 Limekiln Road, Bechtelsville. The Reverend Stephen DeFrain will officiate.

Calling hours will be Saturday between 9:30 - 11:00 a.m. at the church.

Inurnment will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Exeter Township, Berks County, PA.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society, Berks County Unit, 498 Bellevue Avenue, Reading, PA 19605

Arrangements are being handled by the Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home, Inc., 111 North Reading Avenue, Boyertown.
