Born in Douglass Township, Montgomery County, PA she was the daughter of the late Warren and Sallie (Moyer) Schoenly.
She was a packer for Great American Knitting Mills, Bally for 30 years. Verna was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Sassamansville.
She is survived by a daughter, Linda L. Vroman of Bechtelsville; a brother, Linwood Schoenly of Sassamansville; three grandchildren, Elvis Vroman, Scott Fitzcharles and Sheri Fuller; three great-grandchildren, Mason Vroman, Cody Fuller and Justin Fuller. She was predeceased by four brothers and sisters.
Funeral Services will be 1:30 p.m., Monday, February 27, 2012 at the Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home, Inc., 111 North Reading Avenue, Boyertown. The Reverend George Harpel will officiate.
Relatives and friends will be received between 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will be in St. Paul’s Lutheran Church Cemetery, Sassamansville, PA.
