While we on Earth have lost a devoted and loving Husband, a caring and dedicated Father, an adoring and creative Nonno, an honest and empathetic brother , a patient and humorous uncle, a motivated and organized worker, and a selfless and best friend. Heaven has gained the most devoted, loving, caring, dedicated, adoring, creative, honest, empathetic, patient, humorous, motivated, organized, selfless, and BEST FRIEND. It is with much sadness that we announce the passing of the most amazing and wonderful man, Aldo Moser in the early hours of Monday, August 15 after an extremely courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. He left our world with family by his side and looking at his “wind beneath his wings” sweetie pie, Betty. Family and friends will be received at the Andrews Community Funeral Centre 8190 Dixie Rd., Brampton (N. of Steeles Ave, 905-456-8190) on Thursday, August 19 from 6-8 pm. Funeral Mass will be on Friday, August 20 at 10:30 am. at St. John Fisher Roman Catholic Church, 300 Balmoral Dr., Brampton. In keeping with Aldo’s wishes, cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Pancreatic Cancer Canada (http://www.pancreaticcancercanada.ca) or CaringBridge.org. (http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/aldo). My Dad is now in a place where he feels no pain and is in true peace. Thank you for all your support on my Dad's difficult journey; he is now on a new journey and will be watching over each of us with a BIG smile on his face. Look closely for cardinals when you're out for a walk!! A sincere thanks to all the caring doctors and nurses at the Brampton Civic Hospital for being so gentle and thoughtful and most of all for treating Dad, not the cancer. A special thanks to nurse Florence for being you. One more thanks to all our amazing friends and family for being so supportive during this difficult time. Tributes to the family may be made at www.andrewscommunityfuneralcentre.com
