He was born on January 3rd, 1945 to Archibald and Jean in Glasgow Scotland. He married Margaret Morna on September 13th, 1969 and they had two children, Paul and Stephen. He worked as a VP Sales & Marketing and retired in 2000.
He was an avid fan of Glasgow Celtic Football Club and had a love for playing football both in Canada and Scotland.
Archie is survived by his wife (Maggie), children Paul (Leighann) and Stephen, brothers Joe, Stan and Steven. He was preceded in death by his sister Jean and his brother Frank. There will be no service by Family request. Memorials or donations may be made to The Alzheimer's Foundation of Canada.
