John will always have a special place in my heart. Gentle, always anxious to please, and a pleasure to spend time with as we did so often at Saint Andrew’s (especially at our prayer group gatherings).  Both Fred and I cherish memories- forever in our hearts.

It is with sadness that I am writing this after I heard about John’s passing at mass.
I was fortunate to have known John in two settings for many years.
First at St. Jerome parish as a 
Co-Parishioner/ Eucharistic Minister.
Second as the principal from Alexia’s school, where John daily accompanied her.   John's kindness, thoughtfulness, compassion, insight, and conversations were always appreciated .  
His genuine light shone through to so many.

He was know for his cake making and made my Sister Sophie and brother in law' Ted's wedding cake.
