Nécrologie de Kiran (Ken) Rebello
It is with profound sadness that we share the news of the passing of Kiran Rebello who passed away in a tragic accident on Friday, July 1st, 2022 Kiran was a beloved husband to Lydia and a devoted father to Adam. He was a dear son to Clifford and Ivy Rebello, Son in Law to Letitia Lobo (predeceased Lawrence), Cherished Brother to Sharon (Irwin), Arun (Amber) and predeceased by this brother-in-law Lloyd, sister in law Meena (Anil). An amazing, fun loving uncle to Ethan, Tiana, Rylan, Aidan, Austin & Aria. Kiran was born in Mangalore, India, did his studies at St. Peter’s Panchgani and Pune University. Later moved to Switzerland for further studies and from there to Bahrain and finally Canada. He had a wonderful work life at Canada Post for 23 years with colleagues who were like family to him. Kiran enjoyed family gatherings, good food, entertaining, travel and sports. He was a very loving and caring person, ever ready to help anyone with a smile on his face. Just recently he was thrilled to be able to attend his Uncle Gratian’s 100th birthday with whom he has spend most of his childhood in Pune. Knowing his love for sports overall and cricket, he traveled to the UK to watch the World Cup. We will miss his infectious smile and his passion for family and for life. Thank you, Kiran, for the love, for everything you’ve done for us and for the joy you brought to our lives. We will struggle with your absence but as a family it brings us comfort in knowing you are with the Lord and will provide eternal love and guidance to us all. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to St. Marguerite D’Youville Parish using the link provided below and envelopes will also be provided at the funeral home.
