Pam died peacefully after a short illness on Friday February 7, 2014 at Credit Valley Hospital. Leaving behind her husband of 59 years Peter and children Frances (Steve Karaim), and Tom (Cathy Hutchison). Loving Grandma to Kyle, Connor, Dylan, and Lucas. Pam will be sadly missed by many family and friends in England, Australia, California and British Columbia. A special thanks to Dr. Beard, Dr. Finlay, Dr. Novosedlik and the nurses of the palliative care unit.
