“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever”

A beautiful man with an incredible smile and a heart of gold. A man of great wisdom who lived his life for others, who prided himself with honesty, integrity and love. An absolute angel in the eyes of all those who crossed his path, and who always put himself last. With a remarkable passion for the game of soccer and love for his friends and family, you will be dearly missed. We thank you for being such an amazing father and a friend to us all, we know that one day we shall be with you again so this isn’t good bye it’s see you later. Ruben was survived by his wife Luz Amparo, son Gregory, son David, daughter Jennifer and grandchildren Alejandro, Tiannah Skye and Selena Maria.
