Shirley Anne Corcoran

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Shirley Corcoran (nee Beattie), age 88. Shirley passed away peacefully on June 28, 2023 at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital in Oakville, surrounded by her family.

Shirley was born on November 2, 1934 in Ottawa, Ontario to the late Roy and Albertine Beattie. Loving mother to Deanne Smith, Juli Pasta (Neil), Paul Corcoran (Nancy), Michael Corcoran ( Randy), Seana Corcoran ( David). Cherished Grandmother to Richard, Brittany (Andrew), Kaileigh (Aaron), Donovan, Brandon (Liv), Danielle (Steve), Sara, Benjamin (Augusta), Sydney(Scott), Abby (Pierre-Luc), Kendall, Liam, Parker and Caeden. Wonderful Great Grandmother to Keegan, Declan, Marley, Harlow and Hudson.

Dear sister of Bill Beattie( Dorothy) and Jack Beattie (Elsie) predeceased.

She will be forever loved by all her family, nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours.

A joyous Celebration of Life will be held at Andrew’s Community Funeral Centre (Dignity) in Brampton on Wednesday August 30th, 2023 from 4:00-7:00 pm. Light refreshments will be served. Order of celebration is as follows:

Visitation.. 4:00-5:00pm,

Celebration of Life Service,tribute,sharing….5:00-6:00pm,

Visiting, final prayer and song …6:00-7:00pm.

Webcasting of the Celebration of Life visitation and service will be casted from 4:30pm-6:30pm.
