After a courageous battle, we announce the passing of Bill on Sunday, June 3, 2012. Loving and true husband for 66 years to Peggy. Very devoted father of Bill (Gail), Drew (Jill), Elspeth (David), and Sarah (Rob). Proud Grandfather of Elizabeth, Eric (Nikki), Caitlyn, Amanda M., William IV, Laura, Erin, Ian, David, Bryan, and Amanda R. Survived by brother Reg (Nancy). Bill was loyal to his Country as a Chief Petty Officer 1st Class, CD and BAR for 25 years and 1 day with the Royal Canadian Navy and Veteran of World War 2. Memorial Visitation to take place on Saturday June 9, 2012 at St. Joseph of Nazareth Anglican Church (290 Balmoral Drive, Brampton, Ontario 905-793-8020) from 1:30 p.m. until the time of service at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Trillium Health Centre-Cardiac Wing.
