In 1968, Alberto immigrated to the United States in pursuit of greater opportunities for his family. A skilled and dedicated mechanic, he spent more than two decades repairing semi-trucks at Florida Steel. He took immense pride in living the American dream. His work ethic reflected his deep commitment to ensuring his family was cared for.
He lived and loved on his own terms. He was a man of strong will and unmistakable presence. He could be firm, even tough, yet those closest to him saw the devotion beneath the surface. His love was not always expressed in words, but it was demonstrated by. his generosity, loyalty, and perseverance.
Just two days before his passing, he celebrated 63 years of marriage with his devoted wife, Inelda Falcon. He was the eldest of nine siblings and outlived all but one, his sister Betty Alfaro.
He leaves behind his beloved wife, Inelda Falcon, daughter Maria Marlene Dahlberg and her children Christina McDonald, Robin Stallings Jr., and Megan Munch; daughter Susan Falcon Battey, and her children Kayci Falcon Baumann, Heather Gunnoe, and Kyle Battey; and his cherished great-grandchildren, Brody Stallings, Riley Baumann, Brayden McDonald, and Harper Gunnoe.
Alberto was a fighter in every sense of the word. He held tightly to life and to those he loved, never giving up, even in his final days. His story is marked by sacrifice, resilience, and determination that lives on in the generations that follow.
“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.”
— 2 Timothy 4:7
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
