Chomuik, Annette T., 63, of Valrico, died on November 6, 2014. She was predeceased by her father Robert Cappel and is survived by her daughters Kristin Stansfield, Carolyn Mullen (Jeremy) and Emily Chomuik, mother Anne Cappel, brother Jeff Cappel and sisters Shiela Cappel and Angela Devine. She was a beloved mother, sister and friend; and a retired theology teacher at Clearwater Central Catholic. Annette was loved by family, friends, students and all who knew her. Her shared wit and intelligence will live on in everyone she touched. Visitation will be Monday, November 10, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at Hillsboro Memorial F.H. with funeral mass to follow at noon, at St. Stephen Catholic Church; burial to follow at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens.
