Dr. Moffa was born to Samuel and Ida Moffa on August 31, 1945, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He grew up in Newfield, NJ, on his family poultry farm, attended Boston University on a full music scholarship, had a successful musical career with his band, The Mason-Dixon Line, and followed his parents to Florida to raise his family.
He was married to the love of his life, Jeanette Rose Molineaux Moffa, on August 15, 1970. Together they celebrated the joy of raising two beautiful children, Jennipher Anne and Arthur William. They were overjoyed to have four grandchildren, Tyler, Avery, Samantha, and Hannah, and as their family grew, they were blessed to add Emily, Alexis, and Austin to their family.
Dr. Moffa had a stellar career in real estate sales and mortgage lending. Over his forty-year career, he assisted families in finding and financing their homes successfully. Each transaction he performed was personalized to meet the needs of his customers, and no obstacle would interfere with his efforts to help someone fulfill their dream of owning a home. He had integrity and heart in all his business affairs and was a true partner, leader, and mentor to everyone he met. He was a perpetual learner and finished his doctorate in Industrial Psychology.
He leaves us with his book, The Ultimate Expression, to be our perpetual guide as his legacy, for personal peace and fulfillment. His life goal was to help assist all he met through life challenges. In his own words, as guidance and encouragement, he relates, “What you may perceive as obstacles can be dealt with better if you consider them challenges or opportunities to practice your skills and abilities with the possibility of glorious reward on being victorious.”
