Cheryl Lamb New

Cheryl Lamb New, of Wimauma, Florida, sadly passed August 5, 2024. Born October 13, 1962 in Belleville, Illinois to parents Jack and Marilyn Lamb, her love for travel and camping brought her immense joy, as did her time with her Black Knight friends. She delighted most, however, in conversations shared with her granddaughters.

Cheryl is preceded in death by her husband Anthony New, father Jack Lamb, maternal grandparents Fred (Beulah) Zapp, brother Kevin Lamb, and brother-in-law Kevin Dale Ettling.

She leaves behind her loving family: daughter, Richele (Tyler) Wilson of Charlotte, North Carolina, granddaughters Skyler, Shiloh, and Summer Wilson, mother Marilyn Lamb, sister Terri (Charles) Ettling-Shell, and brother Jack (Deborah) Wilson. She is also survived by nephews Joshua (Britney) Ettling, and Nicholas (Rachel Smith) Ettling, great-nephews Judah Ettling and Kevin Michael Dale Ettling, and great-niece Ruby Ettling.

By her wishes, in lieu of memorial service, those wishing to honor her memory are encouraged to make charitable donations to a cause of their choosing.
