Elaine M. Lyle, 88, of Brandon, FL passed away peacefully at home on August 15, 2024. Born May 18, 1936 in Hamilton, Ohio, to Harry and Dorothy Kerby Rife. She moved to Anna Maria Island with her parents in the early 1950’s where she graduated from Manatee High School. A dedicated wife, mother and family business manager, she welcomed and cared for a large and extended family. She is preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Eugene P. Lyle, Sr., and son Eugene Lyle, Jr., and is survived by daughter, Tonya Lyle Johnson (Dwayne); son, Jon Lyle (Dawn); grandchildren Crystal Lyle, Tabitha Lyle, Lori Maddux, Sara Johnson, Ashley Hoehn, Elliott Lyle, Eugene Proctor Lyle III , Michael Johnson and 6 great-grandchildren.
Memorial Service is at 9:30 a.m., at Landmark Baptist Ministries, 6021 Williams Rd., Seffner, Florida with graveside service at 11:00 a.m. at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens of Brandon, FL, with Pastor Steve Barber officiating.
