Jeannie was born on October 14, 1948 to Jim and Jeanette Allen. After graduating from Chamberlain High School in 1966, she went on to study cosmetology.
For many years she worked as a lighting design consultant at Lighting Unlimited in Tampa.
After retiring, Jeannie enjoyed boating, gardening, playing shuffleboard, and rendezvous camping.
Jeannie is survived by sister Bobbie Allen, brother James B. Allen, sister-in-law Gail H. Allen, and long time partner Rich Vanyur. Nephews: Kelly Kircher, James D. Allen, Richard M. Allen. Nieces: Jennifer Kircher Bumgarner, Jessica Allen Warren.
Grand nephews: Lane Kircher, Gabriel Allen, Lathan and Luke Bumgarner, Zachary and Mason Warren. Grand nieces: Riley Bumgarner, Peyton Kircher, Katlyn Christopher.
