HARRELL, Frances, 93, of Tampa FL, went to Heaven, Feb 28, 2016. Born 28 June 1922 in Gouy Lez Pieton Belgium. She is survived by her children Monique Rouge, Ronald Harrell & Spouse Linda, Phillip Harrell and companion Mary Jo. Grand Children Edmond Rouge, Spouse Nadine, Gilbert Rouge. Great Grand Children, Erick, Stéphane , Céline, Corentin et Valentin, and her companion Robert Nadeau. She was preceded by her parents, and her Sister Lola Mainchart, and her husband Niles Allen (Hershey) Harrell. She survived various interment camps during the invasion of Belgium by Hitler in World War II. She loved growing Orchids, animals of all kinds, and traveling when she was able. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Visitation will be Friday, March 4, 2016 at 1:00 pm, with funeral service at 2:00 pm, both at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home, 2323 W. Brandon Blvd., Brandon, FL. Burial to follow at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens.
