She is survived by her daughter, Julie Blair; grandchildren, Logan Stallings, Devin Stallings, Steven Blair, Melissa Fridbergs; great grandchildren, Raina Fridbergs, Yalixia Stallings; many extended family members and friends.
In addition to her parents, Frankie was preceded in death by her husband, Jackie Stallings; son, Keith Stallings; siblings, Bud, Marshall, Dot and Nellie.
A gathering will be held at 10:30 until the funeral service at 11:00 on Saturday, September 24th 2022 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 2913 John Moore Road Brandon, Florida 33511.
