MONTGOMERY, Henry J. Sr., 79, went to be with his Lord and Savior on June 6, 2012. Over his lifetime, he used everything God gave him. He was a race car driver, trucking company and bargain house owner, preacher, fantastic fisherman, loving husband, devoted father and was the greatest Papa in the whole wide world. He lived his life with the belief that he was blessed so that he could bless others and he more than lived up to that. It’s hard to explain how one man could mean so much to so many. Henry is preceded in death by the “best catch of his life”, his wife Everlea; children, Bullet and Sharon and grandson Jon-Jon. He leaves behind daughters, Janet Purvis, Faye Jones (Larry) and Brenda Bathe (Jimmy); brothers, Howard, Jimmy, Dennis and Craig and sister, Patsy Jackson; grandchildren, Candi, Shannon, Brian, Angel, Amber, Tara, Jenna and Aaron; great-grandchildren, Cassidy, Zachariah, Blake and Keira; many nieces, nephews, cousins and so many others that he touched through his ministry and acts of kindness. While we didn’t want for him to leave us, we know he isn’t suffering. We are comforted with knowing, he is now receiving his heavenly reward and hearing the words, “Well done, my good and faithful servant.” We would like to thank LifePath Hospice for their care and support. Visitation will be held 6PM-8PM Sunday, June 10, 2012 at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held 10AM Monday, June 11, 2012 at Mango Church of God in Seffner, Florida. Interment will immediately follow at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens.
