Jack was preceded in death by his wife, Sally. He is survived by his family and friends.
A visitation for Jack will be held 5-6 p.m. Thursday, August 21, 2025 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1412 John Moore Road, Brandon, Florida. A funeral service will will follow at 6 p.m. Interment will occur 1 p.m. Friday, August 22, 2025 in Florida National Cemetery, 6502 Southwest 102nd Avenue, Bushnell, Florida.
