SORIANO, Jose Fernando, 55, of Riverview, FL, died on October 19, 2015. Born on October 29, 1954 in the Dominican Republic; he is survived by his wife of 30 years, Rosa Soriano, sons Daniel Soriano and Raul Soriano and several other loving family members and friends. Jose is a veteran of the United States Air Force and retired Avionics Technician for American Airlines. He was known for his passion in aviation; his extreme competence at solving problems at work; his subtle jokes often mistaken for facts, his sociability with people from all walks of life and going the extra mile for his family and friends. He knew freedom as most people never will and he will be truly missed. He was Catholic by faith; loved crossword puzzles and spending time with his family. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at 9:00 a.m., with funeral service at 10:00 a.m., both at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home; 2323 W. Brandon Blvd., Brandon, FL. Burial will follow at Florida National Cemetery with military honors.
