Josefina Rosa Lopez, 70, of Tampa, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 4, 2012. She was born on June 11, 1942 in Ponce, Puerto Rico to Arcadio Rosa and Georgina Martinez. Josefina was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and sister. Survivors include her son, Davis Lopez; daughters, Evelyn Olavarria and her husband, Pascual Olavarria, Anna Maria Lopez Diaz and her husband, Eugenio Diaz and Sonia Lopez and her husband Bennie Albury; brothers, Pedro Colon, Jose Colon and Carlos Gonzalez; sisters, Migdalia Colon, Iris Colon and Marta Colon; 17 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and a loving extended family and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 10, 2012 from 6-8 PM. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at 10 AM both at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home, Brandon. Josefina will be deeply missed.
