Born on April 10, 1938, he is survived by his wife Sulema Jacobs, son Jeffrey Jacobs, daughter Sandra Jacobs, brothers Stanley Jacobs, Hector Rivera, Michael Rivera, sister Rosita Rivera, grandchildren Erin & Xavier Ivey, Tarriq & Sharon Jacobs, nieces Sonya & Donna Jacobs, Xiomara & Xanthia Jacobs, nephews Kenneth & Rick Jacobs and several other loving family members and friends, too numerous to mention. Visitation will be Sunday, July 12, 2015 from 4-6:00 p.m. at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home, 2323 W. Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL with funeral mass on Monday, July 13, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at St Stephen Catholic Church, 5049 Bell Shoals Rd, Valrico, FL Burial to follow at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens. Flowers will be accepted or donations can be made to St Stephen Catholic Church.
