With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our mother, JOYCE MARIE (MEMER) MIGUEL on November 23, 2025 at the age of 82. She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Pancho Miguel and is reunited once again. We are confident he was waiting to greet her with open arms.
She is survived by her daughter and her husband, Marie and Ricky Garrett, her son and his wife Skeeter and Karen Miguel. Grandsons and their families include Marc and Megan Sewell along with their children, Maddox and Macyn and with Marshal and Taylor Sewell along with their children, Magnolia and Maebry.
Other surviving family members include her sister, Barbara Thomas, and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
She was a native Floridian and had lived out her life in Hillsborough County.
A graveside service for immediate family only at Hillsborough Memorial Gardens, 2323 W. Brandon Blvd, Brandon FL 33511 on Sunday, November 30, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.
