It is with tremendous heartache that we announce the sudden passing of our beautiful daughter, Kate. Kate turned 36 on her birthday only days before. Kate was beautiful inside and out and truly loved being with her family, extended family, and precious friends. Kate had a heart of gold and shined with her warmth, style, humor, sensitivity and compassion for others.
Kate was born October 9, 1989 in Lawrenceville, Ga. and spent most of her life in the Valrico, Fla. area. Kate graduated from Newsome High and attended USF. Kate had an overwhelming passion for the arts. She was not only artistic in the traditional way, but was also a graphic artist.
Kate is survived by her parents, Kathi and Tim Thall from Brandon, Fla.; her adored brother, Chris (CJ) Thall; her cherished aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A Celebration of Life for Kate will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, November 1, 2025 at Stowers Funeral Home, 401 West Brandon Boulevard, Brandon, Florida. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the funeral home.
